Cancellation and refund

At Jitendra Attri (Attrico Tools & Equipments Pvt. Ltd.), we value your trust and strive to deliver the highest quality services and programs. This policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our business consulting, mentorship, training sessions, events, and related services.

1. Service Bookings & Events

  • Once a booking is confirmed and payment is successfully made through Razorpay, seats are reserved exclusively for you.
  • Due to the limited capacity of our workshops, training programs, and events, cancellations are not permitted after registration.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event/program.

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided once the payment has been made for mentorship programs, consulting sessions, or events.
  • In exceptional cases (such as duplicate payment or transaction error), refunds may be processed after verification, directly to the original payment method, within 7–10 working days.

3. Digital Products / Online Programs

  • Fees for digital courses, online sessions, or downloadable resources are non-refundable once access has been granted.

4. Cancellations by Us

  • In rare cases where we have to cancel or reschedule an event/program, participants will be given the option to:
    • Attend the rescheduled program, OR
    • Receive a full refund of the amount paid.
